Weekend visitors to Calaveras County now have a great option for getting around without having to be behind the wheel. Introducing the Saturday Hopper bus service, set to go into effect July 23! The route will connect Valley Springs, San Andreas, Angels Camp and Murphys, and is perfect for folks looking to go wine tasting, shopping or sight seeing in the area. Buses have both wheelchair lifts and bike racks as well.
The buses will run approximately every 90 minutes and stop anywhere along the route that is safe! Deviations up to 3⁄4 mile off the route can be requested for pick-up or drop off, but these must be reserved at least two hours in advance.

Vista del Lago — La Contenta Plaza (Parking available) Highway 26 and Vista del Lago, Valley Springs
Government Center (Parking available) — 1/4 mile east of Highway 49 at 891 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas
WorldMark/Wyndam Resort —123 Selkirk Ranch Road, Angels Camp Visitor Center, 1192 S. Main Street, Angels Camp
Black Bart Playhouse (Parking available) – 580 S. Algiers Street, Murphys
The base one-way fare is $2, with 25-cent zone fares due in San Andreas and Angels Camp. Discounted fares ($1 base fare) are available for people 65 years and older and for eligible persons with disabilities. Children under 6 ride free with fare-paying adult. Exact change or ticket only, please.
Deviations up to 3⁄4 mile off the route can be requested for pick-up or drop off. Deviations must be reserved at least two hours in advance.
