– August 22, 7:45pm – Twisted Oak Winery welcomes Australian group The Waifs to the hilltop stage in Vallecito. Bring your own low back chairs and blankets, tasty dinner and Twisted Oak wines available for purchase. Advance tickets are only $35 and can be purchased online. Concertgoers will be admitted starting by 6:45pm, the show starts at 7:45pm. Admission is $10 for children under 12. Each year, the Calaveras Arts Council presents FREE public concerts every Wednesday evening throughout summer. The shows take place in a different public park each week from 6:30 – 8pm and feature a wide variety of artists. You’re invited to bring a low back chair and picnic and enjoy the shows! 2014’s summer line-up runs from June 11th through August 13th.
