  1. We tried to use the VIP card at Serafina’s in Arnold earlier this year and they said they didn’t know what the card was! They did, however, give us 10% off as a “one time courtesy”
I had thought our printed list (from December 2014) was out of date (it is!) but I was surprised to see they’re still listed on the updated web listing.

    • Hi Trevor,

We checked with the owner, and Sarafina is still an active member of the VIP program – unfortunately one of their wait staff was apparently unaware of the fact. We are just very glad your server was customer-service minded enough to honor your VIP card despite not knowing about the program.

  2. This information hasn’t been updated since March 2012. How accurate is the information at this time? Do all of these businesses still participate in the Calaveras VIP program? Are there any additional businesses accepting the card now that may not be on this list? I can confirm the Calaveras VIP card does still work at Black Chasm Cavern, California Cavern and Moaning Cavern Adventure Park.
