Some sites include on the dock that extends out into the lake, and next to the sparkling pool, which features a stone fountain. The 2,500-square-foot house has five bedrooms where the newlyweds and eight more guests can stay overnight. With large, tastefully furnished bedrooms and state-of-the-art master baths, this manor is also perfect for getting ready in ahead of the festivities. Caterers can utilize the kitchen for food prep, and a spacious dining and living room can accommodate drinks and hors d’oeuvres during the cocktail hour. In the warm summer months, guests can also step out onto the wrap-around verandah and take in the panoramic views of the estate. Rental of Niemuth Manor comes with exclusive access to the property during the wedding day. The friendly and experienced staff will help with setup and cleanup, event planning, and bar services. In addition, the house comes equipped with lighting and sound, parking, and shuttles.
