Join us at Power Up! Fitness Studio in Valley Springs on Saturday, July 19 for a very special happening: CATS on MATS (also known as “kitten yoga”).
Yoga is fun and good for your health. Playing with kitties is fun and good for your health. Doing both together is an unforgettable and joyful experience. We’ll have adoptable kittens on site for this class to scamper, frisk, dash, and, yes, S-T-R-E-T-C-H right alongside you.
Reservations are required. Participants welcome ages 10 and up (but must be accompanied by an adult if under 18).
