Bear Valley Mountain ski resort is located just 28 miles up the road. Calaveras Big Trees State Park is a short 15 minute drive. There are plenty of restaurants in Murphys and Arnold, including Snowshoe Brewery. Its location in the pines and incense cedars, at about the snow line make it the perfect holiday getaway for your entire gang.

Two pianos grace the bar and dining room inside, and a large woodsy stage in the backyard make this a wonderful spot for musical gatherings. The Avery has sound equipment, and technicians for hire to manage your music event. This would be a great place to have a music camp or retreat. Email for special quotes for music events or weddings. When you rent the property, you’ll have access to the entire hotel and the outdoor areas.

A manager is available by telephone and will facilitate your check in and departure. The hotel will be exclusively yours, unless otherwise requested.

If you bring your own bar supplies and product, a bartender can be hired.
