Ayrael Vieux Winery

Ayrael Vieux Winery is nestled in a small valley in the historic gold country of the Sierra Foothills. They are a limited production, artisan vineyard and winery and all their wines are estate grown and produced. They have complete hands-on control of the vines and wine — from bud break to bottling. Ayrael Vieux Winery is committed to organic practices in the vineyard and winery. Their winemaking is a blend of California’s lush fruit flavors with old world elegance and style.
