Murphys Old Timers Museum is dedicated to the preservation of history and artifacts of Murphys and its generations since the Gold Rush. There is also an impressive collection of valuable, antique Native American baskets made by local Miwok.
The exterior north wall of the building is the E. Clampus Vitus Wall of Comparative Ovations.
