Posterity Ciderworks is a husband-wife owned cidery based in Mokelumne Hill, CA. Their natural ciders appear on James Beard and Michelin Star award-winning beverage lists throughout California. Using locally foraged ingredients and California apples, pears, and quinces, all of their ciders are fermented dry, naturally gluten free, and contain no added dyes, artificial flavors, or added sulfites. Their passion is using fruit from old orchards and homesteads throughout Calaveras, Tuolumne, and Amador counties.
They are open on most holidays including ones that standardly fall on Mondays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc) and the 4th of July. For those who do not drink alcohol, we also offer apple juice and an assortment of snacks for sale. We invite you to bring your own food or order from DoorDash. There is a selection of board games. Dogs and Children are welcome.
