Since 1990, Chatom Winery has been producing, pouring and sharing delicious Chatom Wines.
With a brand new tasting room and gorgeous Mediterranean grounds and gardens, exciting things are happening at what was once only known as Chatom Winery.
Operated by the successful Hatcher brothers of Hatcher Winery since 2015, Matt and Sewell Hatcher have been not only honoring the Chatom Legacy, but have also been pouring their hearts into School Street wines (available at the same location). With original Chatom winemakers, Jason Lewis and Scott Hancock in the vineyards, and the Hatcher brothers at the helm, both award winning labels are alive and well, and they continue making the delicious, award-winning wines that Chatom has always been well known for.
Wondering how School Street Winery came to be? When Chatom Winery co-owner (and Hatcher Winery winemaker) Matt Hatcher, decided to expand the winery into two labels, School Street Winery was born.
A tribute to the love and dedication one extraordinary teacher has shown (not only to her school, but also to her local community), School Street wines are made in honor of Ms. Jennifer Berry, a teacher at Michelson School in Murphys, California.
Get a taste of that passion and community spirit firsthand, the next time you visit this gorgeous location, conveniently located on Highway 4, just outside of Murphys, CA.Chatom Winery and School Street Winery Wedding
