Car enthusiasts love the Hot Copper Car Show, a fundraising event for the Copperopolis Lake Tulloch Lions Club, which takes place on the first Saturday in May each year featuring classic, custom cars, trucks and motorcycles. In fact, this event has been going for over 20 years now, and continues to grow in popularity year over year, featuring a raffle, live music, art & craft vendors and great food and drinks.

Located in the picturesque Copperopolis Town Square, this event perfectly combines the classic building architecture with classic car architecture. With more than 200 cars on display, this show will more than satisfy the biggest die-hards who enjoy beautifully and impeccably maintained vintage vehicles and interacting with the owners who love them. Funds raised are returned to the community through donations made to schools, libraries and fire districts, and make possible college scholarships and vision care for area residents in need.
