You might ask, where does the name, “The Kilted Viking” come from? Tim Gilstrap is 50/50 Scottish and Scandinavian heritage, hence the name. We strive to provide diverse flavors in our food as well as our brews. Never been around the world? Tim has been to 48 countries and wants to share all the flavors of the world with our local community.
