The Hideaway is an elegant, cozy studio located one mile from downtown Murphys. Privately situated in the trees behind the main house (200 feet away and up a hill), this newly decorated cottage is the perfect place for a romantic get-a-way or a restful vacation away from home.
The Cabana, a lovely one bedroom home is located upstairs from The Hideaway. Both are privately situated in the trees behind the main house (200 feet away). Each unit has its own entrance and parking area, allowing for the privacy of each guest. It is located one mile from the middle of downtown and tucked away in a wooded area.
The Night Owl is an attractive studio perched on the second story of a shoppe in the heart of downtown Murphys. The large, covered patio is the first thing to greet you when you come up the stairs. Plan to lounge out here at night enjoying a cocktail or two. It also would be ideal for barbecuing and outdoor dining in the fresh air.
The Cabin is a suite located next to the Church Street Cottage in a small building on the property. It has a main room with a queen size bed and sitting area for two, decorated in denim with red accents. The half kitchen is painted a soothing yellow and has a sink, mini-fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender (but does not have a range top or oven). Off the kitchen is a small tiled back patio for enjoying your coffee in the morning.
The Guest House offers a restful stay at this spacious guest house that is an easy walk from downtown Murphys. It is located behind the main house in a garden setting.The main room has tall ceilings and is bright and airy. There are two leather couches, a dining area for two, and a small serving area with coffee pot, microwave, and a wine refrigerator.
Lookout Tower House offers amazing views ffrom this incredible home overlooking the mountaintops. The Lookout Tower House is a unique three-story home on top of a mountain, yet it is easily accessible to both the historic towns of Murphys and Angels Camp (ten minute drive).
Little Yellow Cottage is perfectly located near the center of the historic downtown and next to the town park and creek. Enjoy sipping tea on the front porch as you admire the flower garden or dine in the private back yard (surrounded by a high fence). The back garden is shaded by an old, ivy-draped, apple tree and has seating for four under the grape covered arbor.
Parkside Cottage overlooks the quaint Murphys Park and creek. Across the street plays can be enjoyed on the weekends, just out the back gate is the town library, children’s playground, creek, and tree shaded park. Here a guest can find a variety of pleasant diversions even before taking the one-minute walk to the historic downtown area.
Treetop House is in a quiet neighborhood an easy five minute walk from the historic downtown. This spacious home is set atop a small hill and has steps leading up to the front door. It features a fantastic, large deck set amongst the trees. With a propane bbq and several seating options, this is the perfect place for outdoor entertaining!
Church Street Cottage has two bedrooms, one and a half baths and can accommodate up to four guests. It is only one short block to the historic Main Street and is the perfect choice for a weekend get-a-way with friends or a romantic retreat. Walking in the front door most any guest would agree that this cottage is an absolute charmer, it opens into an airy living and dining room area. Peeking over the half wall into the kitchen, a glimpse can be seen of the cheerful kitchen. The room has its original glass-fronted cabinets and a 1950’s white, enameled stove. Decorated in lively colors and a fruit border, this kitchen is a pleasure to cook in.
Little Cottage on Main‘s location is one of our best! Enjoy staying in your own cozy cottage in the heart of the historic downtown. It is on the quiet end of Main Street but just steps away from shops and dining.
Om Shanti is delightful. It has been beautifully decorated in bright, lively colors, and has fun accents throughout. There are many options for enjoying the outdoors: relax on the shaded side porch overlooking the lawn, soak in the sun on the large front deck, or dine in the back garden/patio area off the den.
The Nest was lovingly decorated by its new owner. Enjoy all the comforts of home while being only a short stroll from downtown Murphys. It is located in a family friendly neighborhood and includes a game room away from the main living area.
Gallery House, which sleeps 8 is located 2 miles from downtown, and is surrounded by trees and natural landscaping. It feels like being in the woods rather than the nice, older Big Valley neighborhood where it is located. The living room has plenty of natural light from the large picture windows overlooking the oaks and native plants on the back of the property. Warm yourself in front of the propane log fireplace (home also has heat and ac). The kitchen and dining area have wooden cabinets made by the owner and the original tiled countertop. The dining room has a slider out to the large, new outside deck.
