Valley Springs’ beautiful reservoirs are all within half an hour of each other. Each offers different recreational opportunities, and a variety of topography, geographical features, wildlife and birds. Hit the links while you’re here at La Contenta’s championship golf course. Valley Springs: New Hogan Lake

The furthest east of the Valley Springs Lakes, New Hogan is spectacularly beautiful, with pristine lakeside picnic tables and campsites all offering well laid out, thoughtful design with gorgeous views in mind. In addition, there are two 9-hole disc golf courses for your enjoyment. Green in spring and winter, the landscape turns golden, dotted with deciduous oak trees in summer.

The lake is stocked with Rainbow Trout and you can also find multiple other popular fishing species for your time on the lake. Rent boats, camp in tents or RVs and enjoy the beautiful views.
