Music in the Parks Summer Concert Series

The Calaveras County Arts Council presents Music in the Parks, an admission-free, 10-week summer concert series that brings live music to various communities throughout the county. Concerts typically take place every Wednesday evening from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM during the months of June, July, and August.

The BlowBacks are a high-energy, horn-driven dance band based in the Mother Lode region, specializing in a wide variety of music from the 1940s to the 2000s. Their style blends classic rock, Motown, swing, funk, soul, and jazz, typically featuring a 10-piece ensemble with a full horn line, vocals, and a strong rhythm section.
